On the way to my office, there is a new drug store opened. I have no need to go but somehow, I always stop by.

I´m not buying a medicine by the way …

The shelves are full of cosmetic products from everywhere in the world.

Sometimes you can buy good products such as Shiseido and Kanebo with 10% off the price.

This is the one I want to get right now. Shiseido Maquilage, Liquid foundation．It says that 80% of the ingredients is made of essence and it´s really helps the skin to be healthy.

Rinko Shiina (椎名林檎) is so cute in the ads.

There are loads of cheap cosmetics. They are cheap but work so well.

My favorite mascara is this heroine make series. The fiber contained as an ingredient helps make eyelashes look longer and keeps the curl for long time. Moreover it´s waterproof and you don´t get panda eyes. It´s really a high cost performance.

The illustration is just like the animation used to be so popular in Japan called “the roses of Versailles”, and the catch this princess looking character says sounds like the ultimate desire. Oh, it cracks me up.

Many choices of false eyelashes.

There are pretty eye shadows.

Recently, there are so many mascara for the eyebrows. Thick black eyebrows can be changed easily to brown like a Hollywood actress, although I think this is a Paris made product…

Obviously, there are many medicines.

Also, you can buy bento, bread and sweets.

What? Tofu and nattou???

Drug stores suppose to sell products to be healthier but somehow, they sell cup noodles…

And stationery…

Isn´t it Konbini? – No.

Only the difference between konbini is there is no microwave nor electric kettle for cup noodles and it doesn´t open for 24 hours a day.

Another point is the cost. While konbini sells everything with the fixed price, drug store sells much cheaper. You can try cosmetic products, too. When you need some medicine, the pharmacist will give you advice.

I love looking for rare beauty products in drug stores.
